DELIVERY
We aim to process an order within two working days. Delivery times are 3 to 5 days for the UK and up to 10 days for outside UK deliveries. Trumpers tea will not be responsible for despatched items delayed in the post.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If you are not happy with your goods or if you have changed your mind you may cancel your order by e-mail to tea@trumperstea.co.uk within seven working days after the receipt of your order. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. However, if the goods have been delivered or despatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us
